Who sleeps where, and who picks up whom.

Kikouchou is the free app that organises a group holiday on one shared plan.

You have rented a house with friends. Eleven people, six rooms, arrivals spread over four days and three trains to meet at the station. Kikouchou gets all of that out of one person’s head and onto a plan everyone can see and fill in themselves.

Nothing to install, nothing to pay. Create a trip and it is already saved on your device.

  • Rooms, lifts and the shared money in one view
  • One link, everyone fills in their own part

Eleven people, six rooms, four days of arrivals, and one person holding all of it in their head while three hundred messages go unanswered. Kikouchou turns that into one link. Everyone opens it and fills in their own part: the rooms, the arrival times, the lifts from the station and the shared money. Nothing to install, no account to start, and it still opens when the gîte has no signal. Open the app. It costs nothing.

How it works

You spend two minutes on it. The group does the rest.

You, the organiser

Set it up once

  • Create the trip. Name, dates, and the rooms with their beds.
  • Paste the link in the group chat. That is your last logistics message.

Everyone else, on their own phone

They fill in their own part

  • Claim a bed for the nights they are there.
  • Add their train or the time they drive in.
  • Ask for a lift from the station, or offer one.
  • Log what they paid for the groceries or the wood.

Rooms & beds

Every bed, every night, on one board.

Each room knows how many beds it has. Assign a guest, and the board says straight away what is full and what is still free.

The shared money

Who paid, who owes, and the shortest way to settle.

Log an expense and say who it is for. At the end the app gives you the fewest repayments that clear everyone.

Split your first expense

  • “Eleven of us in the Morbihan. Nobody asked me who was sleeping where. Once.”

    Aurélia · summer house

  • “The train pickups sorted themselves out. That alone was worth the link.”

    Guillaume · ski chalet

  • “We settled the whole week in two transfers instead of nine.”

    Julie · family reunion

Your next trip is already a spreadsheet. Make it a plan.

Create the trip, share the link, and let everyone sort out their own bed and their own train. Two minutes, and it stops being one person’s problem.

The plan opens with no signal. You need an account only to edit it with others.
